Abstract With the progressive defossilization of our industry, hydrogen (H 2 ) has been identified as a central molecule to store renewable electricity. In this context, ammonia (NH 3 is now rapidly emerging promising carrier for future. This game change indirectly impacts field fine chemistry where hydrogenation reactions are widely deployed. particular, possibility performing using directly instead become highly desirable but it remains very difficult scientific task, which we address in communication. Here show that N−H bond NH can be cleaved within cavitation bubbles, generated by ultrasonic irradiation at high frequency, leading situ formation diimide, then induces alkenes. Advantageously, work does not involve any transition metal and releases N sole co‐product.
